Halluyah!...
The new Liz Claiborne New York is "fully" available on line!
Now I have to admit, I'm a bit disappointed that not every piece that was originally posted collection is available on the site (what's up with that?!?!?), but at least all sizes are up and shopable!
What I am I loving the most from the online selection?....
From the Women's (Misses) collection...

(No I don't know why they don't have pic of the cardigan alone...go figure!)

Isaac Mizrahi for Target Fall 2008.....
I guess when they announced that Isaac Mizrahi was leaving Target for Liz Claiborne, I wasn't paying sharp attention. Regardless of the way his name has been removed from prominent display in Target stores, he still on deck for them until the end of this year...
Thus his Target Fall 2008 collection:
As you can see, there's plenty to love for the 50+ femme in this collection.
Oh and of course, let's not forget the accessories...

My favs....
I love the architecture of this outfit - the way the structure of the dress gives structure to the figure.
Yes, the pants are VERY voluminous - but they have a Japanese feel to them that I love.
I'm beginning to become something of a fan of the walking short, especially for the 50+ woman (I'm going to try a few pairs on to see if they actually work!). I particularly like the tailored look of this outfit - sleek and grown-up!
Yes, it has a bit of the flower girl look to it - but I love the color and the fuller skirt is more forgiving to most figures. And if you like this look, but don't think your wallet would be able to afford it...skip over to Isaac's Target line and check out these similar looks:

I Heart....
My new Isaac Mizrahi for Target trench....
Urban Balmicann Trench in Silver Birch Toile
Yes the coat is every bit as adorable as it looks in the pic! The toile pattern is lovely and the subtle silver birch color makes it just enough floral without being over powering. The material is a nice, heavy weight cotton. It fits me like a dream and, yes, on me it comes down to my mid-knee which is perfect! I've already received many complements on it.
It's not a coat for very cool days, but it is the perfect coat to wear when the temp is between 60 and 70 and you just want a light, good looking coat to wear out.
Ah Isaac, I'll say it again - I'm going to miss you when you've finally left Target!

And from what I can see it's been well worth the wait! The site is a delight to navigate and you can zoom in and see every, and I do mean EVERY, glorious inch of the shoe you are drooling over!
And yes - what would DSW be without the clearance rack - well the online store has that too!
Shipping is free for DSW Rewards members and Next day shipping is free for Premier Rewards Members.
And just think - no jostling with your fellow shoe shoppers over one of those narrow little benches to try on shoes! ;-)

The way Target....
Has briskly removed Isaac M.'s name from any position of prominence in their stores in the last few weeks, you'd think that their association was already over!
So imagine how surprised I was last week to get an email from Target touting Isaac's styles for Target! Guess the romance isn't quite over yet....
What am I lovin'?.....
As you may have noticed, these color block dresses are all the rage for Spring and Sumner this year - at 34.99 and 29.99 respectively, Issac makes it easy to add this look to your wardrobe!
I just love how fresh and summery this dress looks! And the fact that it can be worn with or without a shirt doesn't hurt either! ;-)
This dress has such a great retro feel and the colors are citrus fresh - just makes you think summertime!
A great summer work dress that can rock that geometric look right into an early evening dinner!
The empire silhouette of this dress can work well for so many figures - and the silvery color with the right shoes can take you right to a summer wedding in style!
And speaking of shoes...
Aren't these gray darlings delish? I've been looking for a pair of grey pumps and this color is perfect - too bad the heel is too high for me! :-(
Okay I confess - I ordered the above and they arrived yesterday. They are delish! Their actually a tweedy, bronze color - very subtle but very different. And they fit like a charm!
Well, as far as I'm concerned, if this is Isaac's swan song as he sails away from Target to Liz C. - I think he can hold his head up high!
