A wonderful post...

From Tish over at A Femme un Certain Age on taking the time to look great...

Impeccable at any age

I know for myself, I don't make 1/2 the effort I should. Of late, I tend to go with what "works" - good enough for what I need to do today (work, errands, etc) but nothing to write home about. This post makes me think that I'm cheating myself by not putting out just a bit more effort!

Not only is this lady's look AWESOME - but I love what she says about "chasing youth"! It's what I've maintained - you can't get it back ladies! You can only move forward with grace and a sense of style!

Tamae Watanabe, 73-year-old Japanese Woman, Scales Mount Everest:

All I can say is:

1. This woman rocks!

2. I need to step up my game!

Okay I admit it....

I've got a Love Jones for J. Peterman Company. Especially their delish vintagey dresses:

Wouldn't this be wonderful to wear to a Summer wedding?

Bombshell? Damn skippy straight! ;-)

This would work just about any summer day!
