Martin + Osa Classes Up Casual.....

I have to say I'd never heard of Martin + Osa until this post over at Omiru: Style for All....

Shopping Guide: Martin + Osa Summer 2008

Intrigued, I surfed on over to the site and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. While the most of the bottoms probably wouldn't really work for the 50+ gal, the tops have real possibilities...

Crop Linen Cotton Blazer - $128.00

Snappy Linen Cotton Jacket - $148.00

Cashmere and Silk T - on sale $70.40

Silk and Cotton Shawl Collar - $88.00

Square Neck Tunic - on sale $62.40

Admittedly this one is my fav of the favs - sleeves long enough to address that "arm" issue but the open square neck says summer fresh without looking too little girly.

Sadly, the sizes only go up to a size 14 (what's up with that?) - but I know there are 50+ ladies out there that can work that!

Go on over yourself and take a look!

I've been a fan of Martin + Osa since the S.F. store opened 18 months ago. The fabrics are fabulous--I'm looking forward to fall cashmeres--and the styles are classic without being boring. And for this femme d'un certain age, the pants fit like a dream!

P.S. If you're curious about the origin of the store's name, I wrote about it here: http://tinyurl.com/648sas

Thanks so much for your comment! It's great to hear from someone who has actually purchased from the retailer and can attest to the quality of their items! (I try my best to check stores out before posting on them but, sadly, it is not always possible.)

Love your site by the way - I've subscribed to your feed! Looking forward to the wordplay!
