Shapewear is your friend! :) I love Slimpressions myself. Slims all of my problem areas on the top half of my body - jelly belly, back fat and arm flab! Got my first one at Intimacy in NY when I was there last. I loved it so much I ended up tracking down the other colors...(Herroom.com has them with free shipping, if you are intersted.)
