Yeah, yeah, I know...

I go on and on here about fit when it comes to your clothes.

And, God knows, I'm still doing the "Do as I say, not as I do" thing in my closet - through I have been cracking down! (Just ask the wonderful seamstress who has been altering practically everything I've purchased lately!)

But it really is one of the best things you can do to improve your look - make sure your clothes really do fit you well!

I'm also trying to focus on fit (and my most flattering colors) rather that just grabbing things in the store that look great on the rack, but maybe not so great on me.

Do you have your clothes altered?

Hi PBW!

Yes, I have them altered as needed. There are some brands (Liz C., AK Anne Klein, Talbots) that just seem to fit me more often than not. But since I'm a pear like so many women - regular on the top, plus on the bottom - I usually have to have pants and skirts altered in the waist to fit properly!
