Over at WhoWhatWear....
They're givin' proper props to the fashions of the '70s classic Mary Tyler Moore show...
Currently Channeling - Mary and Rhonda
WWW is quite right -- with all the Sex and the City hype, we forget (or at least I had!) about how TV shows from the 70's and the 60's had characters who's clothing style both reflected and influenced the fashion of their eras. Props out to Marlo Thomas' That Girl which did the same things 4 years before The MTM show....
Through I'm happy to say the whole turkey as accessory thing never took off!
