I completely agree with all her suggestions, but will add that if you can only do one, get a good haircut! It really can boost your style exponentially! And a bad one can bring down the best outfit!
If you can do two, get a good bra! Really, that point simply can't be made often enough - a good bra will improve any figure and when you improve the foundation, you're going to improve the look of what goes over it!

I agree with you but I think a good bra should be first. If we could get a spot on the 6:00 news to broadcast the importance of a good bra. For women over fifty....wear a bra ! Some women don't even wear one...that is just wrong.

I think I put a haircut first because it can be the cheaper fix of the two - depending, of course on what kind of cut you go for! (I wear my hair super short, so I can usually get by at SuperCuts for about $20 bucks - with tip!).
I don't think you can get a good bra for lest than $40 - and that would be cutting it close! ;-)
